WHO ARE WE ?

Wentworth Falls Garden Club is located at Wentworth Falls in the beautiful Upper Blue Mountains of NSW.  Founded in 1989, the club provides an excellent opportunity for people with a love of gardening to come together to learn and share. We celebrated our 30th Anniversary in May 2019.

  • With a growing membership of more than 120, and a regular attendance of around 80 at the monthly meetings, the Club welcomes both visitors and new members alike.

  • Irrespective of whether you have a large or small garden, or some pots on an apartment/villa verandah, there is always something of interest for you in the Club.

  • In addition to monthly guest speakers, members share their knowledge through a Garden Tips segment, a Question and Answer session, and over a cuppa. Members have access to a good Library each month, and can purchase plants from the Plant Stall.

  • The Club boasts an active program of outings, social events and frequent garden rambles.

  • It is renowned for its open and welcoming approach to everyone, and there is a wonderful spirit of friendship that pervades its activities.

  • Because of the elevation of the Upper Mountains, there is an emphasis on cool climate gardening and plants.

  • The monthly General meeting is held on the second Thursday of the month, check in at 9:30am and concluding sharp at Noon, in the School of Arts Community Hall on the corner of the Great Western Highway and Adele Ave.

  • Please note that there is monthly charge of $5 per meeting to cover the cost of Morning Tea, Door Prize, Hall Hire and the Speaker.

  • Annual Membership is $25 per person, payable in July of each year. New Membership is $35.
